Lot 383 of 1098: A Klepmt Echolette M80 amplifier. Provenance: From the collection of Stephen Knowles, bass guitarist with The Factotums, a Manchester band signed by the Rolling Stones manager. The band played with Pink Floyd, The Kinks, Tom Jones, Jerry Lee Lewis, Manfred Man and many others.

Description:

A Klepmt Echolette M80 amplifier. Provenance: From the collection of Stephen Knowles, bass guitarist with The Factotums, a Manchester band signed by the Rolling Stones manager. The band played with Pink Floyd, The Kinks, Tom Jones, Jerry Lee Lewis, Manfred Man and many others.

Condition Report:
Case with general scratches and rubbing. Rust spotting to the handle clasps. The Brunner label to the front plate is worn at all parts of the edge. One of the grooved dials is a different colour and is possibly not original. Sold electrically untested. One of the dials with a slight nick to the front edge. No power cables
